The Platform is owned by KURI ANIMATION STUDIO, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 632C, Coimbatore Aruna Nagar, Coimbatore, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following refund policy (“Refund Policy”) as applicable to the Platform, including any applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform or any purchase made, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

No Refunds

We do not offer any refunds for any products, services, or subscriptions purchased or availed through the Platform under any circumstances. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-reversible.

• All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the service or product meets your requirements before making a purchase.

Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, if any technical or operational issue prevents the successful delivery of a product or service, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Such cases are not considered a guarantee of a refund but may be resolved through a re-service or product delivery where applicable.

Governing Law

These Refund Policy and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu.
